Health insurance can be confusing and frustrating. I can bill any insurance, however, for most people, it is cheaper to find a counselor in your insurance company’s network of providers. I’m in the network for the following insurers:
- Pacific Source
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield (in Montana and nationally)
- Allegiance Health
- Cigna
- Aetna
I usually bill the insurance company for each counseling session. I collect copays and deductibles from people that consistent with their insurance plan. It is always best to call your insurer before using any healthcare services to make sure you understand how much they will pay and how much you will have to pay.
